Letter from Robert Green of Heritage Victoria to T Coldebella, Chairperson of the Heritage Advisory Committee, about the restoration of Heritage trams, - regarding work on three trams (trams 164, 180 and 217), discussions with Robert Doyle MP for Malvern, use of conservation planning in the work, and that work be carried out with a formal conservation plan. Appended is a News Release dated 16/3/1995 about the repainting of the front of Hawthorn tram depot and its use as a Museum.
