Historical information

Christmas Card produced by Peter Duckett. Features photographs of the East Brighton line (route 64) in the single-track days. The first photo is of two W2 class cars crossing and exchanging the section staff at Northern Ave and the second of tram 550 at the terminus in Hawthorn Road with the crew standing at the rear cab,. Peter was the proprietor of the Model Dockyard in Swanston St. a well-known tramway enthusiast and photographer and sent Christmas cards to many people who he worked with.
