The Walker St Gallery is a public contemporary art space, presenting diverse and innovative exhibitions. It is funded by the City of Greater Dandenong and is open free to the public. The Walker Street Gallery adjoins Dandenong Community Arts Centre. The centre is a multi-purpose arts space featuring a gallery, performing arts area and workshop spaces. It is designed to be a venue for creative and performing arts organisations, their art/craft practices, a place for regular meetings as well as holding special events.
