The Finnish Society of Melbourne purchased the old Red Robin Hosiery from Nelson Bros. proprietary Limited on the 4th of March 1974. The building was purchased as a home for the Society. On the document there are 9 members as joint proprietors. A trust document was created at the time.

Their were joint proprietors. The document was not in the name of the Society. Additional trust document was made at the time.
