About

Northcote Pottery Supplies is a ceramics centre located in Brunswick East, Melbourne. In addition to selling pottery supplies and equipment, it runs a broad educational program, houses resident artists' studios, manufactures ceramic product and has a retail space for contemporary ceramics, called SMALLpieces. Northcote Pottery Supplies is unique in that all of these areas are housed in the one facility, making it a hub of information for a wide range of people interested in the ceramic medium.

Our collection

Northcote Pottery Supplies is in the early stages of developing a collection of contemporary Australian Ceramics. This collection was established in 2008 and includes works by emerging, mid career and established ceramic artists, such as Ted Secombe, Greg Daly, Gerry Wedd, Leah Jackson, Kirk Winter and Fiona Hiscock. This collection aims to highlight innovation as well as creative and technical merit in Australian ceramics. It is also serves as a resource for Northcote Pottery Supplies' students and community.
