About
The RAAF Museum is home to over 100 years of Air Force history, and is located at the birthplace of military aviation in Australia: Point Cook. The Museum tells the stories of our people and the aircraft they supported and flew, Air Force's beginnings in the Australian Flying Corps, the courage of our Second World War aviators, and the service of thousands of men and women to our nation at home and abroad in times of peace and war.
Our collection
The RAAF Museum displays and preserves all aspects of Air Force history. This includes aircraft and personal artefacts from people who served in times of war and peace, uniforms, medals, artefacts related to aircraft development and technology, logbooks and technical manuals, as well as photographic negatives.
