Springs Connection was a business network created to promote the lesbian and gay commercial activities in the area. This banner was taken to festivals and marched in parades to increase the visibility of Springs Connection and the visibility of lesbian and gay community and business in Daylesford and surrounds.

Flyer from an early Women's Ball in Daylesford, designer unknown, circa mid-to-late 1980s.
Women's Balls were an annual event in Daylesford and a much-anticipated feature of the calendar.
They are fondly remembered by many attendees and contributed to the foundations of lesbian and gay Daylesford.
