In 2008, the Central Goldfields Arts Gallery featured a textile and photography exhibition to celebrate 100 years of the Women's Vote in Victoria. Included in the exhibition were artist Georgina Duckett with her photographic works 'Fortune's Fool' and emerging artist Sarah Haywood with her installation 'Woodlands'.
The exhibition was made possible by the Central Goldfield's acquisition of a grant from the Minister of Women's Affairs.
