Advises that a formal notice by the Minister for Electrical Undertakings Mr. Reid was tabled the previous day after the SEC served the notice upon the Minister. At the time of the report, no date had been advised. The article reports that the Council will consider the matter at its meeting of the following Monday night. Also shows conductors.Single sheet of off white duplicating paper titled "Motormen/Conductors' Rotation Roster and Conductors' Rotation Roster S.134". S134 is a form number? Printed by wax cut stencil or Gestetner method. Details the run number operated by Motormen / Conductors on a particular table for the day of the week. Thought to predate items in Reg. No. 2293 or 2294 as it shows both conductors and drivers (motormen), possibly the second last roster. Paper sign titled "Ballarat Tramways Alteration to Time-Table" dated 16/3/1970 that has been mounted with a Perspex front onto a manufactured wooden board with a blackened edge and secured with steel mounting clips and a hanging bracket. Used to exhibit or show a SEC timetable alteration announcement or sign that from the given date, a new timetable would apply from that date for Week days and Saturdays. Signed by F.K. White, Manager and printed by Alex King & Sons Ballarat. Original sign is understood to be slightly larger than that mounted on the object. Notebook, green cloth covered, with end papers, five sections ruled sheets sewn fitted with a black cotton tape strap. On side of notebook, in the same cloth, a holder for a short pencil has been provided. On inside end paper, has a sticker of the "The Commercial Notebook", discount table. In pencil is "J.H. Prisk / 516 Drummond / Ballarat" On first pages inside are details of change float, tickets sold, type , returns commencing "Monday 15/12" (1913) through to March 10 (1914), then many pages with monetary calculations, then sketches of tramcar lighting circuits, noes on cabling, roses, switches, current densities, and conduits lengths etc. Last page in notebook has notes re times of cards ex Sheds and Sebastopol and working hours on various runs. Demonstrates timetable making.Twenty Eight page, white paper, saddle stapled booklet, titled "Electricity Supply Department - Ballarat Tramways - Official Time Table January 1939", numbered TYE 1-48-5918. Gives notes on the through routing of the tram service, how the clock style format works and that it operates from the Tramway Centre. Also details when extra services are run and times as specific points along the route. Pages 24 and 25 detail the fares and charges, page 26 - luggage, page 27 - section destinations for the various routes and page 28, notes recent reductions in electricity charges. Two copies held.
