Held 26/10/1921, with Mr Dix, Chief Manager in the chair. Parties involved were: Mr. Barnes (MMTB), Mr Abfalter (Union), Mr Hilton (witness), Mr Banks (witness), Miss Relph. Reports on the disciplinary hearing and makes recommendations as to the change of equipment and discussions with the Police department.
