Agreement made the 3rd of January 1958 between Thomas James Roberts of 1 Ashley Street, Bendigo builder) and Peter William Tieman and Edith Ruby Tieman both of 60 Hodgkinson Street, Bendigo (owners) whereas the owners have land in Specimen Hill Road and have requested he builder to erect a dwelling house thereon. There 8 clauses on the agreement. There is also a sheet detailing the specifications for the build. Price: 2,300 pounds. Also, a paper signed by T. J.
