Business sold to Wignall's in 1971, then O'Donnell's, Currans, Carroll & H?son and Graeme Paterson purchased the building in 1986. The Charlton Pharmacy established by Russell English 1974 (?) Dillon Building built in 1889 for Mr Sharman, proprietor of the Globe Hotel. Three, 2-storey shops; Dillon's Clothing Store, Bilton's Chemist Shop (later a dentist J. Knight upstairs) and a Cafe. Typed letter dated Jan 20th 1972 from R A Anderson to W Heraud 12 Church St Eaglehawk. Concern expressed at Mr James ill health and request that M.U.I.O.O.F committee review suggestions regarding Hall verandah restoration.
