No date or author provided; b. Same 'spreadsheet' but specified as space in square feet. Attached is a handwritten note (no stated author) entitled ''Plaza Proposal'' (19/1/77) stating that the schedule is for the area requirements of local groups with information as to spending money of architectural surveys of existing buildings and time constraints on putting forward any proposition.
