Sewn in three sections, with a green strip of cloth and self end papers and printed outer paper, sides glued onto board covers. Consists of 43 colour photographs (full and half page) with captions, detailed text, and two black and white photos printed in blue on end covers. Photos of Mt Buffalo, Gippsland lakes, Mornington Beach, Yarra River, Flinders St. station from the Yarra, Collins and Spring St (with two W2's - see image No. 2), Parliament House, Kiewa Hydro scheme, Eildon Weir, Swan Hill Murray River Bridge, Bendigo Post Office, Melbourne Botanical Gardens, Ballarat - Grenville and Sturt St (No. 22 - see image No. 3), Lorne, Yallourn Power Station, Hume Weir, Maroondah Weir, Great Ocean Road, Warrnambool, Portland Beach, A timber train (see image No. 4), Mildura, flax mills, Eastern Geelong and the Prime Ministers Ave, Ballarat. Has value of tickets up to 7d, parcel tickets of 4d. Gives the opening and closing number of tickets or checks issued to the conductor, check returned by conductor, total number issued, value, returned by conductor, cash returned, Prepared in L (pound), shilling and pence format, or notes, silver and copper. Used in during the mid 1950's. Has space for hospital vouchers and area where signed by conductor. Printed on off white paper. Has form number TYE 1-280. Two copies held. On the rear of one sheet has written ink ticket denominations issues from 28/2/1963 to 1/1/1969 - seven different series, though first have then been crossed out. Repeat on second sheet. Gives value of tickets issued, including scholars and parcel tickets. 3046.2 - Lined foolscap sheet - hand written notes on fares up till June 1958, then through to 1/2/1969 - 6 different fare schedules. Significant in being a form used by the SEC inspectors on the tramcars as part of their duties to monitor the performance of the trams and their crews. Has space for Inspectors name, time on , time off, date, traffic, weather and Inspector's Signature. Set of 7 mixed SEC tickets ex Bendigo decimal conversion tickets or dual currency, donated by Peter. W. Watt. Tickets do not appear to have been used in traffic - no punch marks. Tickets have not been individually numbered with the Registration Number, but can be identified by their ticket number and denomination. Set of two colour prints of the presentation of the BTPS Raffle prize held during 1981 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the closure of the Ballarat Tramway System. 3095.2 was used as a black and white print on the rear cover of the 1981 - 1982 Annual Report. The caption read: "The Raffle: Secretary, Richard Gilbert, (RIGHT) receives the winning ticket from Mr. Ian Gilbert of Malvern Tram Depot and congratulates him on winning our fund raising raffle.
