The 50 tickets have been stapled within red card covers with a heavy metal staple and perforated 21mm from left hand edge. The ticket number is in black ink. The ticket could only be used by SEC employees on Commission business, was not transferable and only good for a single trip. Has form number "TYE 2-19". Stamped enamelled round brass piece with a hole stamped at the top and ring placed through. Used as a SEC tramways employees pass. Has the SEC logo in the centre, organisational name (State Electricity Commission of Victoria) in white enamelled and outer ring the words "Electricity Supply Department, Provincial Tramways". This was in blue enamel. On rear stamped the number "166" and on base of badge letter "AMOR", assuming indicating who manufactured the badge. Is believed to be issued to Mr. Norm Pearson, Administrative Officer of the SEC. Set of 14 mixed SEC and BTPS tickets donated to the BTM as a set 1/7/2001. Tickets except for the BTPS ones have note been used. The image file shows the group of tickets. Tickets have not been individually numbered with the Registration Number, but can be identified by their ticket number and denomination. Most of the SEC tickets have the SEC logo "Electricity makes life easier! and small boy wrapped in a towel on the back, unless otherwise noted. Two pieces of heavy brown leather about 4mm thick joined together with a lighter piece of brown leather glued and stitched with heavy thread to form a Trip Way Bill Holder for use on the SEC trams by Conductors. The outside of the folder has been tanned to give a dark brown tan. The inside of the folder has been stained light brown. The outer corners of the folder have been rounded. The folder has been scribed by a tool to give the item some presentation. Not known who made it, could have been SEC Depot Ballarat, upholstery workers.On the inside in the top left hand corner "Trip Way Bill Holder" in blue ink.
