Around the Institute was a weekly program designed to keep clients and staff informed of events, activities and thoughts relating to low vision and blindness. In 2004, three state based blindness organisations (RBS, RVIB, VAF) asked it's member to vote upon a merger. On July 8, 2004 this letter was sent out to audio-profiled members to advise on the successful outcome of the voting members and ratification by the Federal Court.
