The photo has been taken from a distance, but it is known that Sheryl Garbutt attended this lunch. Ms Garbutt was electorate officer to Pauline Toner. She won the state seat of Greensborough at a by-election and subsequently was elected as member for Bundoora. She held several shadow ministry positions and, after the election of the Bracks Government, Ms Garbutt served as a cabinet minister.
