Ticket issued by the Victorian Railways that allowed the passenger to do a round trip from Brighton Beach to St Kilda via the Electric Street railway or tramway and then return using a train via Flinders St station. Colour postcard with serrated edges of new tramcar Z2, at the corner of Bourke and Spring Streets, c1975, mounted onto a sheet of paper with a window cut in to show the postcard title "Melbourne's new Z class Tram Number 2" Would appear to be have been produced by Nucolorvue Productions for the TMSV, as has the same style printing as Reg Item 72. She was involved with the Bendigo Operatic Society for many years. Gertrude began her working life in sales. After studying book keeping she worked at the Bendigo Ordnance Factory during WW2 and then worked for local solicitors and accountants. The poster was likely issued shortly after Yarra Trams acquired the franchise in August 1999. Passengers who completed a form had the opportunity to win one of ten Monthly Metcards. The poster features an image of a Melbourne A class tram and possibly two French trams.
