Two photographs taken approx. 50 years apart at Station Street looking towards Dr. Langley's residence on the right in the early photograph at the Kendall Street corner c.1910-1913. (Ref. p.176 Ringwood - Place of Many Eagles). The later photograph shows Dr Langley's then former residence in 1963.Typed below photograph, "Station St. cnr. The card is significant because it demonstrates linkages between the families of the Lara RSL (the McIntyre's and the Lang's). A small envelope addressed to Mrs J McIntyre with a card from Mr and Mrs Alex Lang and family. On the envelope is a red 1 penny postage stamp, and over the top of this is a blue ink stamp that has worn away (it looks as though it says Cororooke). On the envelope, hand written: Mrs J. McIntyre 'Elcho', Lara On the card, typed: Mr and Mrs Alex Lang and Family desire to return sincere thanks for your kind expressions of sympathy in their recent sad bereavement. The current St Martins Anglican Church was built in 1963 to replace the first weatherboard church built in 1889. Shire of Charlton photo c. 1989.Colour photo of St Martins Anglican Church. White brick single storey building with an iron roof and blue fascia trim. There is a dark coloured double door with windows on either side and above it. There are large clerestory windows on the front and side of the building. A low pale brick fence capped with darker brick runs beside the footpath. An older weatherboard building with a rusty iron roof is partially visible behind the main church building.
