Photocopy of an article in the State Electricity Commission of Victoria Magazine, Contact, Vol 1, No. 4, Feb 1937 titled "Tramway 'Hold-up' in Ballarat". The story is about the hold up of the tram service by Swans and cygnets crossing the road in Wendouree Parade. Each item had a thin strip of paper attached by staple to the top left hand corner, giving the Vol. No. details.
