Two yellow, cloth, hardcovered books. One is a first edition, and the other is a second edition. Contents include the Stamp mill, battery frame, mortar block, stem, finger jack, water supply, power, amalgamation, retorting, milling systems, millmen and mill crews, mill management, handling pulp and tailing.

It is not known which building these plans belong to. Since there is a Heat Treatment Room and a number of vices it may be a metalwork room, and may be related to Repatriation classes after World War One. The former "Zion" Congregational Church was on the corner of Walker Street and Beverin Street in Sebastopol. Its origins began as 'Zion" Welsh Independent Church in Albert Street, Sebastopol. The Uniting Church in Australia was inaugurated in June 1977, at which time the Sebastopol Methodist Church joined with the Zion Congregational Church on Walker Street, Sebastopol and became Sebastopol Uniting Church. The block to the south of the church was purchased in 1982, the occupying house demolished and the area cleared and later sealed for parking. In 1984 the interior of the church was renovated and plans were drawn up for further additions and alterations to the Sunday school, which were carried out in 1989, adding a kitchen and toilet built by Jeff Menhennett & SonsWhite soft covered booklet of 20 pages with blue printing. The main gate to the former Gaol is a monumental work. The arch keystone facing Lydiard Street is beautifully executed. The gates and the iron lacework over the top are distinctive.The arch under the flyover is also distinctive; the basalt keystone appears to have been cut from one single block of stone. Most of the gaol has been demolished to allow the School of Mines Ballarat to expand onto the site. The remaining structures at the site include the main gate, warden's residence and governor's residence. These prints include large sailing ships that were also referred to as Clippers and Tall Ships. These ships were used to transport cargo and passengers across the world in the 19th century. They were powered purely by harnessing the wind. It could take three to four months to sail in this manner from England to Australia. On many occasions the ships were wrecked, often close to their destination, through errors of navigation. The method of production of the original images is over a century old. The Melbourne publisher of this portfolio book, Newcraft Publicity, describes the contents as follows-' Magnificent Clipper Ships: Clipper ships in the line of sail make the most romantic and spectacular pictorial chapter of marine history. The subject is clipper ships. The covers are paper-covered card, coloured a strong blue with white line images and text. The image side of the pages has a sheen, the back is matt. Several bridges were built across the Tugela River by the British in their attempts to relieve Ladysmith. In December the British under Methuen were blocked from advancing on Ladysmith by the Boers.
