Newspaper clipping from The Courier, Ballarat, dated 22/2/1972, titled "New look for Lydiard St". Reports on the acceptance by the City of Ballaarat of a tender from P. Kennedy for removal of the tram tracks between Sturt and Norman St. in Lydiard St. North. City Engineer Mr. R. J.
