'GORDO RIESLING/An unusual blend/ of Gordo and Riesling grapes specially/ prepared, giving a Moselle style taste/with a pleasant Dry Riesling finish, and ready/to be enjoyed now./The grapes were grown and vintaged at/ Angove's Renmark vineyards.' The label features the (then) school logo, designed to mark the school's centenary, with artwork by Tanya Mayer and Konrad Matta. -

Photos 051/269 is a close up of the left side of the photo, showing Carol King, Grace Martin, Barbara Haig and Mrs Haig, along with Lyn Hermon (baby) and Jay Hermon (toddler). Photo 051/270 is a close-up of Rodney Haig, with Mr Martin in the background wearing a hat. Other men can be seen in the background. The photo shows the land being cleared in preparation for the building of the Mnezies Creek Hall in 1953. Tall trees are in the middle and background. The hall is situated on the south-east corner of Belgrave-Gembrook Road and School Road. -

Black and white photograph of three young children, Joy and Lyn Hermon and a friend, standing beside a timber and corrugated iron house with two brick chimneys, built in Menzies Creek. Joy and Lyn are the great grandchildren of James Hermon who built the house in 1874-1878. In 1885 the house became the Aura/Menzies Creek post office. Copy given to Sherbrooke Centenary Committee in 1989 by Hermon family. -

Two black and white photos dated 1962 from the National Archives of Australia, showing the Puffing Billy train in the Dandenongs. - Ground is steep and heavily treed and may be the stretch of line between Menzies Creek and Clematis Station. - Large trees line the track. There is a driveway below the line with large puddles. A car can be seen crossing the line behind the train. A lightly treed hill is visible in the background. This may be the crossing at the Clematis end of Menzies Rd with Tivoli Farm in the distance. -
