The contract embraces the excavation, laying down of permanent way, metalling, paving, and every detail complete as shown in the drawings. The contract commences at the Hawthorn Terminus of the Richmond Cable Tramway and extends along Burwood Road, Power Street, Riversdale Road and terminates at Glenferrie Road.
