From the direction of the trolley pole it is preparing to head back into the city, however the destination board is reading View Point.. One of the crew can be seen standing near a fence in the background, with a point bar in his hand. Several homes and motor cars can be seen. The photographer says this was taken on the last day of trams in Lydiard Street in 1971.
