The case has dark blue plastic base, with clear top, with a paper insert, with word "Perfection" and other details, including the name of the manufacturer "Hansen & Berry Ltd" with Auckland and Sydney photo numbers. Black and white block mounted photograph of the ESCo Ballarat employees as a group in front of the depot in winter uniform - possibly soon after opening of the electric tram service.
