Yields information about the style and printing of tickets used in Ballarat and Bendigo tramways and how they were presented.Two Blocks, each with four remaining tickets - orange ink on off white paper, denomination 3d, numbered V526396 - 99 and A648196 - 99, headed State Electricity Commission of Victoria, Provincial Tramways. Originally a block of 200 tickets been stapled onto a cardboard back with a heavy metal staple and a off white coloured or plain cardboard retaining strip at the top of the ticket. The ticket price is in orange ink while the ticket number itself is in black ink. On rear in orange ink is a diagonal criss cross or tartan pattern. 3987.1 - has a white cardboard back, slightly shorter than the ticket with ruling on one side. 3987.2 - has a brown / grey cardboard back. Demonstrates uniform cap manufacture for a SEC Inspector and has a strong association with Theo Dunstan.A well used - SEC Inspectors/Conductors cap - black cloth exterior, grey cotton interior lining, brown leather internal hat band, on exterior with a plastic band at the front half of the cap terminating in two small SEC gold coloured metal buttons on either side, black plastic peak. Black and white block mounted photograph of the ESCo Ballarat employees as a group in front of the depot in winter uniform - possibly soon after opening of the electric tram service. Has an ESCo cross bench tram on the right hand side of the photograph and possibly on the left hand side. Behind the group are ESCo trams 8 and 11. White cardboard mount, 35mm slide, from the Association of Railway Enthusiast's film strip titled "Provincial Tramway Film Strip" of No. 21 and 14 at Grey St loop. No. 21 has destination of Sebastopol and a SEC "Everything's is under control in my all electric kitchen" roof advertisement. No. 14 has destination of Lydiard St. North. The film strip notes (Reg. Item 2560), provided the following caption details: "Further down, the track headed to a relatively safe roadside location Cars 21&14 cross at one of the loops in this section. ...Sept.
