The Merbein RVIB Auxiliary was formed on September 23, 1931. This small collection contains index cards which were maintained by RVIB and contain the amount of donations made by the Auxiliary between 1976 - 1995 as well as the presentations delivered by RVIB employees to Auxiliary meetings between 1973 - 1985. Correspondence to and from RVIB head office ranging between 1990 -2004. There is also reference to a poem by Tilly Aston sent to Mr Jenner's President from 1993-2004 mother and a copy apparently sent to the RVIB history archives at the time.
