Contains a request to the Victorian Government for assistance for the a fire sprinkler system ($38,000), rebuilding ESCo tram No. 12 and relaying of the Wendouree Parade track for $165,000. Gives details of each project, including a quotation from Wormald International dated 4/6/1980, a history of ESCo No. 12, including photos and the basis of costing for the reconstruction of Wendouree Parade trackwork.
