Contains an article on the Melbourne Transport Plan for 1985 and "The Tramways of Melbourne" written by John and Andrew Ward. Contains maps, photographs, tramcar roster, drawing of the Melbourne W2, details of the W7's, the St. Kilda Junction project. Also notes other Australian operations including Ballarat and Bendigo.
