A charming example of 18th century Georgian silk embroidery. All the sprigs have a small piece of parchment behind them, onto which they are embroidered. Lining has been replaced, and a viewing area left for study purposes. Jane Prior, born 16th October 1813 in London. The family came to Australia early 1850. She had ten children, 7 girls and three boys.
