Has been recycled by the SEC Ballarat depot to display a dyeline print of a1969 tram fare schedule glued to the rear with possibly another earlier version underneath. Demonstrates how posters to advertise Begonia Festival events were printed and then recycled by the SEC depot Ballarat for other purposes.Poster printed on cardboard "Music for the People" during a Ballarat Begonia Festival.
