In one example, volunteer course leaders from the Vietnamese community were trained to deliver the course content in their own language. This photo depicts a group of people from the Vietnamese community attending an Arthritis Self Help Course, facilitated by a trained Vietnamese course leader. Participants learned some simple exercises for managing pain from arthritis in the hands and fingers.
