The Centre was a joint project between the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria, the University of Melbourne, and the Royal Melbourne Hospital. In this photo, Sir Gustav Nossal stands beside the newly revealed plaque commemorating the opening of the Centre.COL photo of a man standing beside an engraved plaque.
