These meetings must follow governance rules so the public can see how decisions are made. Agendas and reports must be published beforehand, and minutes must accurately record decisions. This ensured accountability and transparency behind the Council's decisions. This tape is a recording of some of these meetings.7/5/1972 City of Sunshine Tape Recorder Register Sheet Seminar 72 Speakers W. Williams J. Lewis Mayor Cr. Thomas Cr.
