Henry Ernest Hall (1860-1943) was a representative for the South Ward in Brighton Council from 1912-1943, becoming Mayor in 1921-22 and again in 1933-34. He was also formerly a Councillor in Essendon. In 1928 he ran as a Nationalist candidate for Brighton in the Victorian Legislative Assembly.
