Possibly a Motorman in winter coat (as there are no lapel badges). SEC type numbers are on the latter two hats. The Conductor badges on coat lapels and 5-button coats must have been retained by the SEC for a while. Bye-Laws jointly authorised by City of Geelong, Borough of Newtown and Chilwell and Borough of Geelong West, under the provisions of the Tramways Act 1890. Dated 1929.
