In March 1967, HMAS Hobart became the first Royal Australian Navy combat ship deployed to fight in the Vietnam War. HMAS Hobart Commendation presented by US Navy Unit 1969. Ship was fired on twice by US aircraft and two sailors were injured. 1968. This item was donated by L.C. Jones R63987.
