He was enlisted on 12 May 1967,, the same day 5 RAR returned to Sydney from South Vietnam aboard HMAS Sydney. Handler: Lance Corporal George Wills was his handler and met him at Garden Island on that date. Service & Rank: He served as a mascot, eventually rising to the rank of Warrant Officer Class 2 (WO2) in recognition of his role in increasing the world's population of tigers. He retired in 1985 and passed away in 1988 at Taronga Park Zoo.
