Mr M.B.Watson was Shire Secretary for the Shire of Ballarat in 1954. This photo which is part of a collection of photos was taken to commemorate the 1954 visit of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth 11,and was presented by the Shire President G.A.Fraser, to mark the occaision.
