Councilor E.Edwards was elected to council in1951 until 1970.He served two terms as Shire President 1957-58 and 1965-66.This photo, which is part of a composite collection of photos, was taken to commemorate the 1954 visit of her Majesty Queen Elizabeth 11,and was presented by the Shire President,G.A.Fraser, to mark the occaision.
