Councilor P.F.Henderson was elected as a member of council in 1946 until 1957,He served one term as Shire President in 1954-55.This photo, which forms part of a collection of photos, was taken to commemorate the 1954 visit of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth 11,and was presented by the Shire President G.A.Fraser, to mark the occaision.
