Historical information
Councilor D.Walton,J.P., was elected to council in 1906 serving until 1924.He was President for three terms, in 1912-13,1918-19 and 1924-25. He died during his last term of office and Councilor G.C.Stewart took over the balance of his term.

Sepia photo,oval in shape,of Councilor D.Walton J.P.It is set in pinkish/tan mount with decorative design painted in brown blue and white around base.It is placed second from right top row of collection of photos of all councilors for 1911-12.
