Sepia photo,rectangular with curved top,of Mr.G.T.Jones,Secretary and Engineer.It is in a pinkish/tan mount with decorative features of flowers ,in tan blue and white, around top. it is second from left of bottom row of collection of photos of all councilors and staff for 1911-12.
