Elliptical shaped Metal plaque which was removed from old play equipment at the Fairfield Hospital c2003.
Inscriptions & markings
'A GIFT TO CHILDREN / presented to the / FAIRFIELD HOSPITAL / by the / FAIRFIELD LIONS CLUB / MADE POSSIBLE BY THE GENEROSITY OF THE PEOPLE OF FAIRFIELD'. There is also a Lions International stamp imprinted on the plaque.
