Archibald Clarkson Jones enlisted on 17.7.1915 aged 20 years 6 months, No 2672 6th Reinforcements 23rd Battalian AIF, embarked for Eygpt on 27.10.1915. He was attached to several Signal Companys namely 5th Div Sigs, promoted Cpl 6.6.16, embarked for France 17.6.16, promoted Sgt 9.10.17, discharged from the AIF on 29.7.1919.
