Bag leather brown medical bag has leather handle at top connected by rings attached to a piece of metal at either end, a strip of metal in the centre with a round washer shaped object with a hole attached, on a metal frame which is squared off at the sides, stitching on the top and also both sides of the thick leather handle, four metal studs at each corner.
