Mrs. Beeton’s Book of Household Management, published in 1912, is “a guide to cookery in all branches” with several chapters on International cooking. The large volume includes Daily Duties, Mistress and Servant, Hostess and Guest, Marketing, Trussing and Carving, Menu Making, Home Doctor, Sick Nursing, The Nursery, Home Lawyer.

The book has advertisements, illustrations and photographic plates in black and white, a double page coloured illustration of a large table setting,

A newspaper clipping titled “Tasty Dishes” was also found between the pages.
