The medal was won by John Dulfer who studied Sciemce at the Ballarat School of Mines.
The President of the Ballarat School of Mines in 1916 was William Henry Middleton.
Physical description
Gold (15ct) round medal with a shield shape in the centre, and a gold jump link on the top, housed in it's original blue box. It is the Ballarat School of Mine's President's Medal for most meritorious science student and was awarded to John Dulfer.
