The Lynn family is well-known in the Orbost area. Ethel Lynn is believed to have been working at Bairnsdale in 1924.
Physical description
A badge possibly made of brass and with an enamelled face with the words AUSTRALIAN NURSING FEDERATION GENERAL printed, along with a red cross. A fastening pin is attached to the back.

On the back is the name Ethel M Lynn, 1st July 1924.
